The advisor declined,so i asked to speak to the manager , who also declined, they had no compassion at all , all their where about was making moneyI stayed at Beverly Garlands the year before and when i didnt know what the code was for the uk , they helped and even connected me Wilshire is grand , but the staffs are quite the opposite.

7. I have made several phone calls to various hotel managers who say they can do nothing as it is up to the insurance company.
