1. On the plus side, the room was clean and the breakfast buffet (which was not included in my room price) was good and reasonably priced.

6. Aside from this disaster caused by lack of management skill (I also blame the company for not having any online board at their website to post reviews, comments or concerns), the food quality was very good for the price paid, the rooms were adequate and well maintained.
