6. I have stayed at other places that charge a $25.00 'resort fee' that supposedly covers parking, fitness center and a newspaper, and everyone pays it, regardless of whether or not you even have a car to park.

9. Horrible customer service, they charge $30 per day for parking and if you tip them less than $5 any time you need your vehicle you get snubbed, FILTHY rooms and bathrooms, and it needs a thorough remodeling.
