1. Pool is simple but nice, fitness center is clean and empty, we didnt visit any of the on location bars/restaurants but some nice places just a few blocks away.

4. I have stayed at other places that charge a $25.00 'resort fee' that supposedly covers parking, fitness center and a newspaper, and everyone pays it, regardless of whether or not you even have a car to park.
