3. We were offered maps, we used Bell Services to book a car to get us to the Springsteen concert and Francisco was fantastically helpful, and the porters/valets outside were full of tips for local restaurants, transit advice, and getting cabs.

5. We had very good service form all staff members, from the valet - you drive down from the sweep in drive to the carpark, where there is a large area to stop unload and let them organise the bellhop and valet the car.

9. Parking was my biggest beef, firstly I self-parked and they charged me the extra $4 for Valet even though I was clearly asked and given directions for Self-Parking at check in.
