The staff was great, they helped every time I asked for some directions, etc. The breakfast was too expensive, and the laundry service ruined some of my nieces shirts (they didn't take the time to read the instructions and melted the glitter design on them)Can't complain at all on the staff, but I wouldn't stay there again.

3. If you stay here, please do plan to go to Bottega Louie, a gourmet patisserie and restaurant one block away on W 7th St and Grand for memorable breakfast, lunch or dinner.

4. Club room is small but good breakfast items available - fruit bowl, cereals, toaster, pastries etc etc, and again pleasant efficient staff.

5. That was a minor detail compared to the beautiful view, the comfy king-size bed and the upgrade that gave us access to the Club Lounge (including free water bottles & soda which helped in the summer heat, complimentary breakfast and hors d'oeuvres every afternoon).
