1. We arrived very late the first night (11pm) and they said they had overbooked (never heard of that before in a hotel!) Nevertheless, the very nice guy at the desk (Gustavo Gomez) said he could upgrade us to a room that normally costs $500 if we joined the 'Starwood Club' (for free), which we did.

7. We rented a car when we were there and parked in the Sheraton/Mall parking and it cost $28 a day which we thought was a little much but it was the most convenient.
