When we got to the room, my wife who thought she remembered reading about a similar experience in another TA review, searched for 'Ann' and found a review from April 19 that described the same exceptional

We were offered maps, we used Bell
Service
s to book a car to get us to the Springsteen concert and Francisco was fantastically helpful, and the porters/valets outside were full of tips for local restaurants, transit advice, and getting cabs.
