2. The Valet and shuttle service were excellent; the valet staff said to give them 15 to 20 minutes to get the car but they had our car within 5 minutes when we checked out.

6. There is apparently no pool or sauna onsite, but it was suggested that it would have been possible to go to the Hilton Americana within a complimentary shuttle ride away (11 blocks).
