1. The staff at this hotel were quite nice & friendly as well as professional, except for the restaurant staff who appeared to have been brought in off of the streets to work without any proper or professional training at all.

4. The Hotel and lobby were very nice; the room (1818, see attached) was clean, nice and meant our needs; the room had a large bathroom.
