1. It is conveniently located (light rail is only a few blocks away, not that you would want to walk far in Houston heat), and there are plenty of cheap parking close to the hotel.

4. if you leave before the attendants get there at 7am, parking is free!but the expense of having a car and staying at this hotel is a bummer.
