4. I lost my phone on the 'Super Shuttle' (BTW take a taxi, it`s cheaper and no stops all over town) in route to the hotel; the front desk supervisor went well out of his way to help me get it back.

5. The front desk staff were friendly and knowledgeable, ready to help by printing out a boarding pass or directions to the zoo and always seemed to know my name even without access to my room number.

7. but i'll tell you this: i bothered front desk A LOT during our 3 days/nights there and they were accommodating each and every time- especially when i was begging for cookies ; )we rented a car and, yes, the hotel does not have their own parking.
