4. I logged on fine (in our room)but then late at night I tried again & it kept directing me to a page where Doubletree wanted to charge me $10.

5. I was told over the phone that I needed to use my credit card to hold the room , I told the person over the phone that I wanted to pay in cash , and they told me they would not charge my card , that it was just that they needed it to hold the room , right.
