1. The city of Houston and the state of Texas don't do you any favors either with the nearly 20% tax on top of the room bill.

2. The hotel's final bill stated that it was for 3 adults, although when I made the reservation and when I checked in it was confirmed for one.

3. Then when I was back home and noticed that I was ultimately billed for 3 adults in the room no supervisor or manager from the hotel would return my calls when I requested a billing adjustment as I was the only individual staying in the room.

4. (Even after they updated the records, something was still not right and I was not able to connect to wireless internet from my room as the system would not let me bill to my room.
