3. You are usually given a space available room upgrade option (for a fee) after booking the room which can give you a great rate on a suite if it is available the day you check in.

9. well, as long as they serve chocolate chip cookies and have their signature 'sweet dreams' beds!i arrived into houston late leaving my friend to check into the hotel earlier in the day so i did not get to experience check-in.
