No towels at the pool, rather than wait for the elevators we asked a staff person if they could bring some, they returned with the towels and a 'warning' to all the guests using the pool that if a group of young boys continued to jump in the pool she would shut the whole thing down (We were unaware of our apparent responsibility for other people's children).

3. Ditto for the elevators, which definitely did not seem safe or "up to code" and which were missing buttons, screens that lit up, etc. Someone came in to clean our room one of the 3 days, but did not replenish toilet paper or towels.
