2. Asked for late check out (1:00) and returned after running 26.2 miles, waited again for the elevator up, found our room keys did not work.

3. When we tried to check out in the am, the in room check out didnt work so again we had to wait in line in the lobby just to check out.

4. Three times we had to remind them of our late check out including one time when they deactivated our key at 11:00 while we were out for a stroll.

5. We stayed on a weekend nite with their romance package which is a great deal including champagne, strawberries on arrival, late check out (4pm) and full breakfast in the a.m. The room was nice, comfortable furnishings and linens.
