After almost 3 hours, all 30 of us were able to get our cars out, but a few of us damaged our cars (scratches) from having to go out backwards, through the entrance which required navigating a tight curb and a metal sign that was in the way, unable to be moved as the parking security would not move it.

9. Many of us had to park a block or two away and later when were tried to retrieve our car on the weekend, we found that it was locked up and we each had to pay an additional $35.00 fee to get it out.
