7. No towels at the pool, rather than wait for the elevators we asked a staff person if they could bring some, they returned with the towels and a 'warning' to all the guests using the pool that if a group of young boys continued to jump in the pool she would shut the whole thing down (We were unaware of our apparent responsibility for other people's children).
