1. It had a nice large (40 inch?) LCD TV, good bed, desk, and large (old) bathroom that was fully functional (tub, shower, large sink, lots of mirrors).

3. I have always found the rooms very clean although some of them could use just a few simple maintenance things like loose wall lamp fixtures in the bath area and a little grout work in the tub.
