1. The concierge was friendly and gave good tips about what to see, but it was definitely not at the level of other Omni Hotels.

2. On the negative side:one room's bathroom had a soap dish falling off the wall,the concierge promised an anniversary bottle of wine (still waiting), and the maids kept knocking on the door (early)when I wanted to sleep.
