1. This needs to be taken care of ASAP, guest need to be able to have fresh towels when they need or want them , not when they are delievered at 5pm from the truck.

3. The housekeeping staff are very hard working, the lady who cleaned out room had told me they were waiting on fresh towels at the time she cleaned our room so we would have to wait a bit on bath towels and then returned to our room in the evening and brought them to us.

10. You will need to bring your own items as well as dish soap, sponges, towels, etc. The refrigerator/freezer is small but adequate as long as you don't buy a week's worth of food.
