3. One day i had a problem with the ATM in the lobby right away Ray had Gina Maschari to assist me to get my money back into my account and from that moment of she always greeted my with her beautiful smile and adressed me by name.

4. I, and my brothers moved to the Intercontinental Suites which was worth the money SUPER NICE and by far the only way to go if you must stay close to the Cleveland Clinic.

6. The final call stating that Expedia had called the Guest House and it was the Guest House that was refusing to give a refund and because of that Expedia won't give my money back.

8. we spent two nights at the guest house the only thing good about it is convience the air conditioning is terrible plumbing is shot the staff at front desk are rude and not helpful we have to go back in a couple of weeks but not staying there after taxes 135 a night is crazy it was not about the money it was quality of the room and the staff at front desk.
