The Concierge RAY is the best , he is very knowledged of the area, very helpful with getting you to and from different destinations and always is so nice, cheerful and willing to help, he really keeps things moving along outside in the circle and he goes out of his way to help you in anyway he can.

2. I can not say enough about Ray the concierge he greated us as if we was family and anything that i needed help with he was always at our beck and call and he was so knowlegable of anything asked he is a awesome person that is a great asset to you hotel.

3. I was most impressed with the people - every employee was friendly and helpful, especially the concierge who took the time to explain the shuttle system to us and the desk staff who were more than happy to direct us to Little Italy for dinner.

6. They charge for phone service from your room which is standard but when we asked the concierge to help us with a problem they still wanted to charge us for the call.

7. One tip is that you have to make reservations for dinners with the concierge so its best to get that done with when you arrive.
