I was most impressed with the people - every employee was friendly and helpful, especially the concierge who took the time to explain the shuttle system to us and the desk staff who were more than happy to direct us to Little Italy for

In the restaurants, specially in the buffet one, the waiters were in a very bad mood so the treatment to the client was not nice, you better like to eat your dessert with all the

plates because no one remove the dishes from the table.

Despite the spring break rush, we never had trouble finding chairs by the pool and the hotel did a really nice job with spreading out

reservations so it never seemed crowded.
