1. There was a line of 6 cars waiting to check in, one girl at the desk taking care of everyone, She didn't put our room number on our key packet so after bringing our luggage we had to kind of but in front of a line of people for her to look it up.

4. Very rich bars (even Courvoisier cognac if you like!), VERY friendly staff, huge clean pool, very delicious food in all restaurants, NO TIMESHARE persons around at all, NO additional insurances which you're obliged to buy upon check-in, NO wild animals issues (like I read before).

When I arrived I was advised that my card declined and when I checked my account I had $530 available so I then was advised that the card must have the 2 weeks stay available on the card in order to check in which was over $2,000 (they also charge an additional $15 per day for incidental charges such as telephone usage for non Ohio residents).

9. We arrived at 3:40pm and our email confirmation states guaranteed check in time of 3:00p.m. The front desk was not at all apologetic or sympathetic about the situation and there was several individuals way worse off than myself having to wait in a crowded lobby.
