We waited for an hour, without word from the staff, watching everyone from the valet guy to the guy delivering newspapers just hanging around the
lobby
, yucking it up, having fun, USING THE ELEVATORS.

When i came though the
lobby
to leave, not one employee looked up from their computer to say thanks and ask if everything was according to my satisfaction, the way most hotels do.

lobby
, along with restaurant and bar, are on the 5th floor, which means that the elevators are occupied shuttling people to 5 in the mornings and evenings.

They kind of just lurk in
lobby
and small talk -- takes them a while to acknowledge guests, they don't go out of their way to do stuff, etc.Was it terrible.

We eventually made it to the game and came back to the hotel, the
lobby
was clear of people and we asked the front desk for extra pillows and blankets and they said no problem.
