1. We had a great time at the Great Lakes Science Center and then went to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.

2. We stayed here in June of 2010; what made us book here instead of the Hampton Inn just down the road nearer the lake and attractions and $60 cheaper per night was the fact that they had free, made to order hot breakfast and free shuttle service around the area (within two miles of the hotel).

3. We did the Great Lakes Brewery Tour while we were there which was VERY nice, and the food at the Brewery was quite good as well.

4. (Apparently its shared with a nearby/connected apartment or something?) The pool was on the 5th floor (I believe) and the view from the deck overlooking the Lake was beautiful.

5. The Marriott seemed really nice, and if looking for a Hilton I'd try the Doubletree - right on the lake.

7. The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and the Great Lakes Science Center are about 0.5 miles away - an easy walk in good weather.

8. I konw I arrived early and the abovewas expected - all well and good, I visited the Great Lakes ScienceCenter which was a great place to visit and not too long a walk assome reviews have indicated (it is on the other side of the overpass on 9th Street).

9. Close to the Lake Erie waterfront, which has the Rock Hall, Science Center, football stadium, pier, and Berks airport, only 4-5 blocks away, which is lovely.
