1. I pre-paid the room a few months in advance for only $155 and when we arrived the very sweet Rachael, while checking us, in offered us an upgrade to a better view (overlooking the Library with the football stadium and lake in the backdrop) for only $10 because I am a Gold Passport member.

3. I had a room overlooking a street with lights and stores and restaurants - I don't remember the name unfortunately, but it was a great view.

4. The nice thing about the Archade view room that we had was that the entry was a sitting area separated by the bathroom from the bedroom area (no door).

5. I did not see any of the 'no overlook' rooms, but i'm guessing their view of the street was better so don't pay the extra if you're interested in the view, it's really not much of a benefit ( there was no view from the exterior window).

6. We got a corner room with a lovely view to the Brown's stadium and lake on one side and a view of the Terminal building on the other side.

8. I asked the desk clerk for a room overlooking the atrium as I checked in, and she was friendly and efficient as she switched things around and got us into a spacious, two double bed room with a marvelous view into the interior courtyard of the Arcade.

9. The location is fabulous with views of the Arcade from inside the Hotel and is within walking distance of Lake Erie's waterfront venues.
