1. For example, the housekeeping was excellent, but the valet was always late, no matter how in advance you called.

2. The beds were very comfortable and housekeeping kept us well stocked with clean towels, but I think we would have had that experience and more amenities (like free WiFi & pool) if I had bid on Priceline the comparable amount I paid out to the Hyatt.

4. You have to request coffee makers and yet another stay I said I needed one and some extra coffee it was cold and I was tired and they sent housekeeping right up with an ample supply of coffee.
