This continued right through our stay from the wait staff at the 1890 restaurant who were able to recomend things to check out and see during our two day stay, to the desk staff who made both check-in and
check-out
a breeze.

check-out
rooms would be given priority, but a hotel of this size, you would think, might have a better system to accommodate active guests as well as to crank out new rooms for new guests.
"Clean room, Absolute Horrible Service, Wont be coming back, has left a permanent bad taste for HYATT PERIOD! "
