Finally a
manager
emerges, after the situation is explained, she pulls the reservation up and says thats fine, I can have a key, she can see my name is on there.

On our way out the next day the front desk apologized and we didn't have time to hunt down the

In my experience, at best temporary agency only ever do a reasonable job and never a good job albeit in my previous
manager
ial role as a catering
manager
in London, once in a while somebody would surprise me and then I would employ them full time myself.
"Give it a wide Berth there are better hotels than this to stay at! "

They came after we had left and the housekeeping

contacted us and offered us something for free we didnt take it, i didnt feel it was necessary the staff did all that we needed done.
