1. It did not even occur to the manager, to apologize on behalf of their staff or give me an explanation.

3. Finally a manager emerges, after the situation is explained, she pulls the reservation up and says thats fine, I can have a key, she can see my name is on there.

5. In my experience, at best temporary agency only ever do a reasonable job and never a good job albeit in my previous managerial role as a catering manager in London, once in a while somebody would surprise me and then I would employ them full time myself.

7. They came after we had left and the housekeeping manager contacted us and offered us something for free we didnt take it, i didnt feel it was necessary the staff did all that we needed done.

8. they sent someone up to dispose of the thing, and the manager on duty called up to apologize but only to offer us a bottle of wine!she didn't offer to switch rooms or discount our room at all.
