2. I returned that evening and was pleased to see that the bathroom had been cleaned, there were fresh towels and the bed made.

When I awoke at 5:30 a.m., I saw the bathroom for the first time and discovered that the wastebasket in the bathroom was full and hadn't been emptied from previous guest, though there were fresh towels, in the bathroom, etc. Worse still, there were left over bits of soap in the shower and paper scraps on the floor in the door-less closet.

4. -the maid didnt replace all the towels that she took out so I ended up having to use a hand towel for my shower.

5. Our calls to housekeeping 3x went unanswered and ignored,(yet we saw housekeeping walking around on cellphones and chitchatting) I had to go down myself to front desk to request cleaner towels and a working remote.

7. -the maid would prop open every door up and down the hallway and clean multiple rooms at once by going into the room, getting dirty towels, dropping them in the hallway floor and then moving on to the next room and so on.
