1. The rooms don't seem to be cleaned properly and towards the end of my stay the housekeeping service declined even further.

3. We walked down a hallway with open doors, utility closet, housekeeping pantry- all left wide open and appeared disheveled and unkempt.

That isn't a major problem but in the long trek to my room, I was dismayed to see dirty glassware outside one of the guest room doors when I checked in Friday night, still there when I left the hotel early on Saturday morning (OK, too early for housekeeping, I thought) and it was STILL there when I checked out a little before 6 a.m. Sunday.

6. Our calls to housekeeping 3x went unanswered and ignored,(yet we saw housekeeping walking around on cellphones and chitchatting) I had to go down myself to front desk to request cleaner towels and a working remote.
