2. The only positive things were the toiletries in the shower were from Bath and Body Works which was a nice surprise and the lunch I ate at Casey's Grill was decent.

When I awoke at 5:30 a.m., I saw the bathroom for the first time and discovered that the wastebasket in the bathroom was full and hadn't been emptied from previous guest, though there were fresh towels, in the bathroom, etc. Worse still, there were left over bits of soap in the shower and paper scraps on the floor in the door-less closet.

9. Showers are awful; little water comes out of the showerhead, but what does come out accumulates in the tub (poor drainage) and forms ankle deep water.
