5. The wait time to check in was over 25 minutes only to stand in line with 2 young kids and luggage and a storm outside so stuck in dirty filthy, lobby only to be told that no rooms were available .

7. A list of my experiences with regard to Priority Club benefits and general hotel accommodations is as follows:1) At check in, the staff always refuses to register Priority Club numbers, unless I insist.

9. (They already had my priority club check in pack ready) I also asked if the desk would call a cab for me to the arena which they did and didn't act like it was a big deal.
