1. We walked down a hallway with open doors, utility closet, housekeeping pantry- all left wide open and appeared disheveled and unkempt.

2. When I awoke at 5:30 a.m., I saw the bathroom for the first time and discovered that the wastebasket in the bathroom was full and hadn't been emptied from previous guest, though there were fresh towels, in the bathroom, etc. Worse still, there were left over bits of soap in the shower and paper scraps on the floor in the door-less closet.
