1. The bed was the most comfortable one that I have ever slept in and the pillows were fantastic.

2. It was large, wonderful bed with good linens and down pillows, a comfortable desk area plus a lounging chair, a large flat panel high definition TV with lots of channels to choose from and a large clean bathroom.

9. My only complaint (and it's really not huge) is they sent a woman up to change the comforter and pillows immediately (great start!) but it wasn't until morning that I realized she did not swap out all of the pillows---when I woke with swollen, red eyes.
