1. To any Hilton customer service representative who reads this, feel free to refund my money for such a bad stay.
"Not Impressed.... " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/18/2012 Vote
2. PARK IN THE GARAGE - $28 per day, Valet is $40 per day and the garage is VERY easy to get in and out so you can save yourself a little money there.
"The front of house staff made the visit! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/4/2012 Vote
3. - The doorman was able to direct me to a restaurant on Pratt Street where I was meeting clients - and even encouraged me to walk rather than spend money on a cab since it was relatively nearby.
"One of the best Hiltons I've stayed in " Read full review on TripAdvisor   10/29/2011 Vote

5. Overall this a good hotel that's worth the money, but is nothing special.

6. The few times that we went to the concierge floor for a drink or snack the employees were playing on FaceBook or their iPad, and barely looked up to say hello when we entered (which is key-card access only so you pay additional money for this 'privelege') When I called in the weeks/days prior to arriving the employees were pretty abrupt on the telephone, and had an 'i don't care' attitude about the fact that I needed to check in early because of the wedding.
"Expected much more.. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/14/2011 Vote
7. It was spotlessly clean, the service was terrific, and the perks from staying on an Executive Level floor were well worth the money (complimentary breakfast and snacks anyone?) It's also refreshing to stay in a very polished, updated hotel that allows pets.
"Fantastic hotel, great service, well worth the money! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/6/2011 Vote
8. If you have to pay for your breakfast, there are other options in the area, don't waste your money here.
"Great - but check your credit card statement " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/5/2011 Vote
9. We had at least 10 people walk through and ask for money, etc. while we were sitting outside in front of the hotel.
"Nice, but could use some improvement " Read full review on TripAdvisor   8/4/2011 Vote
10. Alas, all hotels make money at the bar.
"Good, but could do better on operations management " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/22/2011 Vote
