1. Things were better the second day (Wednesday) We checked out of the hotel, and the front desk was nice enough to waive our parking fee because of the inconvenient check in, which I was very appreciative that they did that for us.

3. stayed at hilton during a business triptwo things that I thought were a rip-off-$9.95 internet fee(this should be complimentary!)-$26-$36 parking fee(this should be nominal.

6. We used the valet for parking, it was very expensive ($36/night) and very inefficient, took a long time to get the car and to drop it off, not well organized and not very friendly staff considering the high fee, strange for a hotel this category.

7. We were told we could check out bags in at the bell cap desk while we waited ****for a fee***.

8. When I called the Hilton to inquire about the phantom fee, the polite woman on the phone said it would have been for room service or something of that nature.
