1. But, when I went to check out, the entire bill was on my card and there was no way for me to reach the office on a weekend to have the business cc added.

4. We were able to take an Inner Harbor Boat Cruise, trolley tour of the city, visit the Aquarium, and take in a concert at the Pier 6 Pavilion (Bill Cosby).

5. At check-out they not only charged us for the reward night but also charged us for the reward night a second time on the original bill and stated we were a no show on the last night.

6. Definitely avoid the valet parking (too slow, inefficient, unfriendly), don't understand why valet charges can't be billed to room like any other hotel and you have to stand 30 minutes in line to pay for valet.

7. I forgot to get itemized receipts, but the staff looked up the expenses billed to my room and faxed the itemized receipts to me after a left.

9. When they charged me more than the price on the menu and I questioned them on it, they said I had an old menu and took the menu with them but did not adjust the bill.
