Beautifully appointed studio

, with kitchenette, great bathroom and decor - king size bed with sleeper sofa.

My
suite
in the Palms Tower was spacious, supercomfortable, and had a spectacular view of the whole city (Note to smokers: The slightly more modern Fantasy Tower is entirely smoke-free, except for the nightlife options).

, which looks pretty spacious.

If you are looking for a luxurious Vegas getaway then stay elsewhere (or atleast stay in a
suite
or in the Fantasy Tower).

Suite
with none of the 'luxuries' that I can find at a Best Western - blurry tube TV, dirty everything, no iPod player, and gross shampoo (and little else) in the bathroom.

The front desk staff were courteous and they upgraded us to a spacious one bedroom
suite
(1200 sq ft) on the 53rd floor right below the penthouse floors.

When we arrived, the lady upgraded us (without asking) to a corner
suite
, which I can only say was spectacular.

The Maloof family clearly only care about the rich who stay in the large
suite
s but even then I'd be disgusted with the casino and so called resort.
