1. The room did not have many of the amenities that are advertised on the Palms website for a Superior guest room in the Fantasy Tower such as a Jacuzzi Bath or Bose sound system.

We were disappointed at first, as we were hoping for a superior guestroom in the newer Fantasy Tower, but our room was generously-sized (especially the bathroom--loved the Aveda amenities, plus toothpaste, women`s razor and eyedrops) and featured two windows with fantastic views (one faced the mountains and the other faced the strip.

10. The room: very small in size compared to other hotels, it is very clean, amenities is nice, housekepping did a good job; but all in all, it is like any other ordinary room in any city; I statyed in diff hotels in Vegas and almost everyone has their own small specialties, but Palms has nothing.
