1. Would not stay here again, but would check out the Marriott Metro Center within walking distance to the JW Marriott.

6. The Customer Service was wonderful, On the third day of our trip I was taken ill, the staff was great in helping me find a hospital, and get treated, then giving me a late check out the next day.

7. Only complaint I have is if you need to leave a message for someone in another room, or borrow an umbrella, make sure you ask if there's a charge because they won't tell you until you check out.
