1. )-Close to park and Lady Bird Lake (definitely walkable)-Breakfast (great options)-Rooms are clean and spacious-Elevators are pretty fast-Crabtree and Evelyn toiletries (fancy!)-QuietNeutral: -Parking is in a garage and you have to walk a little to get back to the hotel (self parking was $15/day)-Decor (not super updated but not off putting at all.

3. We were pleasantly surprised to find friendly, fun and very helpful front desk staff (ask for their favorite places and you'll win them over), our room was fantastic--newly renovated and very fresh, modern--and the location couldn't be beat.

7. The hotel is visibly older both in the lobby/reception area as well as outside however, the rooms appear to have been recently updated with new furniture, which was nice.
