7. The hotel itself was clean and spacious, but the elevator was dirty and old, the trash cans were full of trash and the room service dinnerware were in the hallways when we arrived at 4pm, when we returned about 2 am the dinnerware was still in the hallways.

9. Other gripes: Room service got an order wrong, no sign of the 'evening snacks', the shower was cold on our second morning, and the valet parking is a con - we were charged for 'valet parking' on our second day even though we hadn't taken the car out of the garage.
