1. We were pleasantly surprised to find friendly, fun and very helpful front desk staff (ask for their favorite places and you'll win them over), our room was fantastic--newly renovated and very fresh, modern--and the location couldn't be beat.

6. The front desk was helpful in selecting a restaurant for dinner, sent a repairman to our room within minutes when our phone wouldn't connect and even did away with an inadvertent charge our six-year-old made to our bill.
