3. To me a room is a room, no big deal on my part, but it was to the hotel staff, they basically made us change rooms, It was a little bit of trouble on our part but the hotel manager, I forgot her name but she was very nice, made it right.

6. They may bill themselves as a 3 star stay but I took away the message that the hospitality of the 300 S Congress Embassy Suites staff is limited to when the managers Damien and Jody are in sight on the premises.

8. Requested a different room, manager only provided excuses, eventhough there is a Sign hung in the lobby stating, 'Satisfaction Guaranteed', at $200 a night, paid for location and a nice room.
