1. They may bill themselves as a 3 star stay but I took away the message that the hospitality of the 300 S Congress Embassy Suites staff is limited to when the managers Damien and Jody are in sight on the premises.

2. We stayed on the top floor, where yes the wireless was billed to the room, but it gets backed out at check out.

3. The front desk was helpful in selecting a restaurant for dinner, sent a repairman to our room within minutes when our phone wouldn't connect and even did away with an inadvertent charge our six-year-old made to our bill.

4. Self parking for $8/day (charged to your bill) on the 3rd level in the adjacent parking garage was very convenient; no attendant/gate was present, so traveling in and out to see the city whenever and as many times as we wanted was very easy.

6. One of the worst inconveniences, the Embassy Suites' front entrace, though billed as wide enough to accomadate 3 cars, is usually blocked on one side by their vans and on the other side by 'e-cars' leaving no space to off-load and load bags.
