1. She indicated although we were making the change with appropriate advance notice, because the the hotel was under 50% capacity she was unsure if we'd be able to have our money refunded and would need to check with the manager.

2. This may seem rather inconsequential and in the grand scheme added 15 minutes to our check-out process while the bill was recalculated by hand to show us how the refund was factored in.
